This event will help raise funds for the Sliding Scale Tuition Program and awareness for our mission of providing equitable access to quality and authentic Montessori education. Our previous events have allowed us to offer tuition grants to nearly 50% of our enrolled families. Our goal is to increase this and our impact on the community.

The auction event will kickoff online bidding on June 2nd! You can bid up to and during the event itself on June 1st. Auction closes at 9pm.
To Bid
To access the auction items, you must have purchased an event ticket. You can bid whether you are at the event or not. Once you have purchased your ticket, a link to the auction and registration will be sent to you.
Bidders are required to have a card on file when they place a bid. Once a bidder has a card in, it's saved for future bids, so you never have to input it again.
We require a card for two reasons: 1) to ensure that all bids are real (no fake bids messing things up) and 2) to streamline the end-of-auction payment process.
At the end of the auction, we have the option not to charge your credit card. (For example, if you prefer to pay by check or cash).
While Bidding
You will be notified if you are outbid. You will also receive a link to increase your bid (or set a ‘max bid’). If you enter a phone number on your account and opt-in, you will receive outbid notifications via text. We highly recommend adding a phone number to your account if you intend to bid in person.
Auction Close
Items are available for pick up at the end of the event and at the school Monday through Friday. Please call or email kate@wilfernmont.org to arrange a pick-up time.
